Nikki Earthrowl - Chair of Trustees

As our Chair of Trustees, Nikki leads board meetings, ensures effective decision-making, and guides our board in setting and achieving organisational goals. Her leadership helps us stay true to our mission and achieve our long-term objectives.

Sam Page - Trustee

Owner of 7Dots, a Kingston-based digital agency, Sam supports us with branding and marketing direction, helping us craft compelling campaigns and drive impactful engagement.

Andy Tonner - Trustee

Andy is Managing Director at Prospectus, a leading charity recruitment consultancy. He drives client acquisition, cross-selling, and retention to achieve strategic business objectives.

Andy’s expertise in aligning sales and marketing teams, leveraging data, and identifying new opportunities, enable our growth and revenue goals.

Lucy Richards - Trustee

Lucy brings a wealth of experience in fundraising and development, with a recent focus on managing trusts and corporate partnerships at the Rose Theatre in Kingston. With her background in Development and Fundraising, Lucy helps us shape our funding strategy.

NIamh Dunne - Trustee

Niamh is a Lead Research and Operations Consultant with Rocket Science, a policy, research and grant making consultancy across the UK. Niamh supports us with research and insight.

Charlotte Clark - Trustee

Charlotte has 20 years of experience in financial services marketing, including her role as Head of Marketing Communications at Franklin Templeton. She has held marketing positions at leading firms and holds qualifications in literature, marketing, and ESG investing, helping to shape our communications strategy.

Katie Lovatt - Trustee

Katie is Director of Marketing and Operations at Augustine Financial Planning and has a wealth of experience working with financial advisers to improve their business strategies and services.

With expertise in marketing, operations, and event management, Katie’s skills support our growth and outreach efforts.

Our impact in Kingston

Over the last 12 months, we’ve awarded 45 grants to local charitable organisations working to improve local lives for the better.

Grants were awarded in eight key areas: Food Poverty and Support, Supporting Families Facing Hardship, Community Facilities and Cohesion; Movement and Sports Access, Mental Health, Disability Support, Advocacy and Support, and the Environment, reflecting the needs of individuals and community groups in Kingston.
