How Are You Doing?

We’ve launched two new mental health leaflets: ‘What’s Up?’ for teens and young adults, and ‘How Are You Doing?’ for adults. These accessible, friendly guides are packed with local resources, check-in prompts, and ideas to support your wellbeing or help someone close to you.

Created with input from members of our community with lived and practice experience.

Generously sponsored by Barwell Business Park, these leaflets are here to make it easier to ask - and answer - those all-important questions.

Our vision of Kingston is for a resilient community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Part of the London Funders movement, we support local charities and volunteer organisations that tackle inequalities across Kingston. By working together, we create opportunities. Through grants and resource sharing, we drive positive change.

We believe everyone has something to offer - be it time, talent, or money.

From making a donation, to providing pro bono services to support local charities, you can change local lives.

Our Grants

At Kingston Giving, we are excited to soon unveil our vision for our grants programmes. This includes the launch of our innovative Catalyst Grants, designed to empower individuals to create meaningful, positive changes in their lives. Stay tuned as we share more details about how these grants will support our mission to build a resilient and thriving Kingston community.

Championing Equity in Our Community

We believe in creating a fairer and more inclusive community for everyone. That’s why we actively support organisations working with groups experiencing the greatest barriers to equality, including:

  • Communities Experiencing Racial Inequity (Global Majority)

  • People with Disabilities

  • LGBT+ Individuals

We aim to uplift those who are disproportionately affected by inequality, empowering them to thrive. By prioritising projects that directly support these groups, we strive to make Kingston a more inclusive, compassionate place for all.

Kingston Giving and RBKares have worked together to create an A5 leaflet detailing food support for our community covering every day of the week.

Please share widely - this leaflet needs to reach the right people, and fast.
